Meditation is not just sitting still and quiet. Meditation is 24 hours work. There is a lot to learn.

What you will need?

We will conduct our one-on-one meditation classes online via Skype. So you'll need:

  • Good internet connectivity and a Skype account
  • A laptop, a table or a smartphone. I'll ask you to keep your phone in silence and switch of all notifications to make sure that you won't be disturbed during the course.
  • A set time during the day where you can focus on this program
  • A comfortable, clean and quiet space where you won't be disturbed by others. This can be any room in your house or at your own office.
  • A notebook to take notes and to use as your personal journal. This is an indispensable tool for those who wish to embark on this meditation journey.
  • A comfortable sit either on a chair or on the floor. There is no need to sit cross legged on a cushion on the floor but you can do so if you wish.
  • If your space allows it, you might need a yoga mat to lay down on the floor for some breathing and relaxation practices.

How many classes you will need?

We will tailor a program according to your needs, so it is up to you to decide how many classes to take but to cover all the necessary topics that are required to establish a solid daily meditation practice you'll need about six sessions of one hour each.

What is the investment?

The value of this investment for a one hour one-on-one Skype session is EUR 35 (introductory price).
